Luxe 11eleven offer 3 shipping options:
• STANDARD (via USPS)
• EXPEDITED/PRIORITY (via USPS)
• EXPRESS (via USPS)
Please allow 2-3 days for processing and tracking information to be sent to the email on the order.


STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders placed using this service will typically arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). You will be able to track your order through USPS.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Orders placed using this service will typically arrive within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). You will be able to track your order through USPS. Expedited orders that are not placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed the following business day.


EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders placed using this service will arrive the following day if placed before 12:00 PM PST. If the order is placed after 12:00 PM PST with this service, it will arrive 1 day after the following day (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most international countries per customer’s request. Transit time varies 7-14 business days. For this shipping option your order is shipped with the United States Postal Service. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local mail carrier who will then fulfill your delivery. This can take anywhere from 3 to 5 Business days. Please contact us for an international rate.

Please NoteInternational shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.


RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) unworn, unwashed, and its original packaging within 5 days of delivery date. Luxe 11eleven do NOT offer refunds, however we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.

All returns must be submitted via email @ Luxe11eleven@gmail.com for a return merchandise approval. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

We will issue a store credit upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. There are no refunds, no exceptions! Please note:
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

All leggings, bodysuits, white items, footwear, and accessories are considered FINAL SALE.

All SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A STORE CREDIT ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

Please ship returns via USPS ONLY! All return items will go through a thorough inspection. If an item appears to be worn or damaged due to customer error, it will not be accepted.

For the safety of your items, it is recommended using a delivery service that will insure the value of your goods. It will be your responsibility until it reaches us.

The cost of shipping the item to us is your responsibility.
